2:52 i guess someone is at that control booth when the ride's almost closing. that happened on living with the land. i was coming towards the greenhouse & there were a bunch of cast members at a control booth
@winterstorms88 It would of been a pass to get to the front of the line. Its so that when the ride reopens later in the day you can get back on and not have to wait in the line to finish your ride.
@Cruiseshipfan same thing happened to me just with the mummy, its gnarly cuz the mummy is tricks of the eye in certain parts your in a giant open wharehouse looking at images shown own like bedsheets.... but when they let us out through the side door and turned the lights on they give you a code name to tell the guy at the front of the line to let you back in...... it was "scarab"
the funniest part is when the mom said "and im going to put this on my blog for the raido station." then he says "great mom, none cares." then she says "i care! lol
Must've been a crazy breakdown since the T-rex animatronic was stuck in it's show position. Usually durring this the animatronics would go back into hide position. Unless maybe its different in Florida.
@9ALLEN9 that is its hide position. It only comes out when a boat is going over the drop. On this occasion the mist/waterfall screen was turned off when the ride broke down so you can easily see it.
Kinda funny, Disney is more relaxed with on ride videos but is strict with filming back stage to preserve the magic. Yet Universal and SeaWorld are more relaxed about backstage and not on ride. Kinda weird. Although with Disney it varies.
I know Disney World doesn't allow anby kind of picture taking or filming in any backstage areas. I don't know if Universal Orlando, or Seaworld is as strict. It also seems to be a long way down. How many flights of steps was it?
I can tell you from a Disney Cast Member point of view (I don't "work" there anymore), my high school choir sang in the Candlelight Processional and when we were backstage, unless you were one of the Disney Photographer's running around snapping photo's, they'd get REALLY strict if they saw a camera, video camera or even a phone with a small camera lens on it.

So thats how it looks like with the lights on.. Omg thats creepy and weird and awesome at the same time. id be freakin out if i was there and that happened lol
@jacksite2007 There proberly be like a override button on the boat it self, so incase of an emergency, the staff can press, then it be easier to pull the bars up, or the bars will automatally come up

I wonder what they would do if you were in the areas with more water, like right at the beginning.
