GROUND-BREAKING reality tv. I remember staying up late to watch HBO and seeing Taxi Cab Confessions. I remember this one and then had no connection that it was THE G. Turner who did Go Fish the indy movie, what? only a year before?! I think Cookie the driver is just GOOD with people...she knows how to draw them out...! and i sort of feel SAD for G. Turner....she rambles even gets poetic but is just drunk and desparate. Sad.

Does anybody know where I can find the one with the guy who was living on the street , met a woman who took him in turned his life around. Then she died suddenly. At first he just sounded like a raving loon, but as he told his story it turned into one of the most touching things I have ever seen.

This is so funny...I love this woman as an actress and writer.Just finished watching Preaching to the Converted that she probably co-wrote and having seen most of these Taxi cab shows I somehow do not remember this.

If you were to show photos of those two women to people who didn't know anything about them and say that one was a lesbian and the other married almost everyone would assume that the taxi driver was the lesbian and Guin Turner was married.
