Crowran thanks for the awesome tribute to Bruce Lee, growing up in the early 70's I was a 12 yr old and was a big fan/martial artist . this shows pictures I've never seen before. i love your song w/ch helps reminisce Bruce's great accomplishment in such a short life span. living life to it's fullest was an understatement with this man. his teaching and philosophy is strong and inspiring even today, his legend lives on.........

Actually it was 1970 when Bruce took Brandon to Hong Kong and first appeared on HKTV. However the picture you are referring to at 3:53 was a benefit TV program Bruce and Brandon attended called 'operation relief' in which they raised over $5 million dollars on behalf of the victims of a recent typhoon. This was in August 1972.

Sorry but you are wrong. It was 1970. I've studied Bruce's life for 19 years so trust me I know. However if I am wrong (which I doubt) I'd like to know. Can you please provide some credible evidence to backup your 1969 statement? 'The Bruce Lee story' By Linda Lee Page 94-95 is one source that tells you it was 1970. Another is 'Bruce Lee, fighting spirit' By Bruce Thomas, pages 131-133. Can you give me a credible source that disputes this please?

I asked for something credible, not a video from youtube. I've given you two books as evidence, one of which was by his own wife. They both clearly state it was 1970, and I've never seen anything to the contrary. All you've given me is a video which can be put up by anyone and doctored. Can you give me CREDIBLE evidence by CREDIBLE authors or experts. I.E George Tan, Linda Lee (Which I've already stated says 1970.) John Little etc?

Let me give you the most credible evidence to show that not only are you wrong but your boast of being 'the ultimate fan' is also way off the mark. I have copies of Bruce's letters to his friends and to his wife. Here's a source to show credibility. Letters of the Dragon by John Little Pages 132-136. On 3rd April 1970 he writes to Linda: 'I'll be appearing on two or three TV shows here in Hong Kong starting next week.' So you see it was 1970 NOT 1969.
