Nice magic, and i will suggest this solution: 0:08- cube stands on the tape stripes, 0:11- he look at his assistent, 0:15- swich to ball, 0:17- take the cube and the camera dont show the road which contain taped stripes and the assistent is placing the front nob of the cube, 0:21 instead placing back the cube he push it out pf the camera view, 0:40 pulling the rod out and all that is left are the stripes.
