3D is stupid, since they come from everywhere you WILL die just from being surrounded. I believe he should be slowed from the damage as well.

No no top down 2d... That's a game type that you can't replace with a 3d version, it's just not the same... Like someone mentioned you have to navigate your way between enemies narrowly escaping damage, which adds to the thrill and challenge. Just like geometry wars etc...

Dont know if this is a concept that works in 3D. A big part of Crimsonland gameplay is dodging the monsters and finding a way between them. This is almost impossible in a FPS Perspective because you only have you field of view (that is obstructed by near enemies too).

But then again the intense feeling of them all coming too close could be a lot more intense in the FPS perspective.

I'd love to see some new videos uploaded if this game gets to the next step !! :)
