sorry for asking but, every detailed picture i do is too BIG too put into deviant art,then i go resize them and they're still too 'big' is there something i'm doing wrong????

howd you do the fog?

I scribbled some light blue on a layer below the character and used Gausian Blur to make it soft, then changed the opacity so it wasn't so conspicuous. Then, I duplicated the layer and dragged it down so the fog took up the whole bottom.
