I was in high school in 1996 and remember Big Mac and Whopper meals being very cheap. Our whole high school soccer team was treated to Mc Donalds. That shows how cheap it was back then. Whoppers and Big Mac meals are so expensive now.

It's 5.99 for a Whopper Combo meal now in Connecticut! Though it still tastes better than the Big Mac! A Big Mac value meal in Connecticut is 6.99. So I eat Burger King a lot more often!!!

@mediate27 in germany we have the king of the month, each month you get a different burger with small fries and drink for 4€ ... in germany thats okay ;) it would be 5,6$ in the USA :D
