Cool Workout. Does it Burn Calories??? Why are you using it??? are you in rehab?? & That's an expensive machine, whats a cheaper alternative for home??

It burns a few calories but not much. Yes I'm in rehab and I'm using it to strengthen my arms. boy I wish I could find one that's cheaper too. Let me know if you come across anything.
