Gujrat or Pakistan can only change when we people will change ourselves. Pay Taxes to GOVT and Govt can be answerable for that and there will be no bribe culture and injustice etc. We are still in developing phase as unfortunately we got corrupt political leaders who don't love Pakistan they love to be wealthy. I hope they will understand the teaching of ISLAM and when they will follow those teachings inshallah our country will prosper.
