I believe at the PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) 2009, Nexon (America) said they were planning on to release Mabinogi: Heroes as well as Dragon Nest in 2010. Though, Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thats 100% correct.

But there is no offical dates. But because they didn't say that to everyone at the expo JUST interviewers. I am guessing Mabi heroes is later 2010. Dragon Nest might be Febuary cbt.

Not completely true, Mmosite states PAX revealed that DragonNest is in second closed beta and that it "could" be released in 2010. They may release it this month. As for mabinogi heroes, I have no idea.
