I absolutly love the new filming style with all the instrumental music kicking in at the right moments. I thought one show a week would make me go off it as I'm a loyal "The Bill" fan. #

Then, I saw the promo video for the new storylines this year...

The show has the support of the Met and so it is absolutely certain there will be consequences for Stone. He's been getting away with unprofessional conduct for a long time - starting with letting the molester jump to his death and then coaching his officers how to stick together and cover their tracks. It will all come out. He can't get away with it.

i know this is only a tv sshow blah blah but are you saying that letting a child molster jump to there death is a bad thing ?

Maybe not for society at large, but for a copper it's a violation of his/her oath. The police can't mete out street justice. I thought it would be ironic if Stone got sacked for something he didn't do, rather than for something he did. I guess we'll see where it goes but I see a cast change in the future.
