So the video started and I was like hmm she's cute, but this will probably be boring like ALL of the other covers I've heard of this song(about 10). Then you opened your mouth and my eyes were like O.O and that was just because of the tone of your voice! lol Then as I keep watching your vocal ability made me do the same thing. Personally, I like how you extend the ending notes a little, I always felt like they should be in the first place.

Mate, everything varies, if she's playing it normally tuned (eadgbe) or some with another tuning. AND of course where she has the capo. The chords always vary, depending on tuning and capo.

This isn't working. She's hammering away at the guitar like she's trying to drive a nail. There's no feel. And like the below poster said, her phrasing is totally weird. This just doesn't have any feel, I'm sorry. She does seem to have a pretty good voice, though. Get yourself a drum machine and start learning to feel that rhythm pulse and you'll be on your way.

Some hopefully constructive criticism:

I think either you misinterpreted the song or you are to eager to show your singing skills. I think the song is about you shouldn't complain to much, and I think you ruin that point a bit with making it even more "cute" than the original already is. You tend to let the notes hang a bit too long and focus a bit too much on making "show-off" phrasing - which makes the song a bit boring. You're a good singer, but sometimes less is more :-)
