can anybody help me.. i have realflight g5.5 and when i start the game everything works but after maybe 10 minutes the game starts lagging and cant connect to the interlink for maybe 1 second. after a while the game starts diconnecting the interlink, but i can connect it again from the controllers menu but it stays connected for about 1 minute + itt lags all the time so please helpi have a:

I have the g5 version the planes are pretty cool and the transmitter is really responsive. I dont like how the f15 and f16 flies. When going full throttle it seems to want to shake and pitch up and down rapidly. dont know if they fix the bugs but it is really annoying. Other than that it is a must have for any enthusiasts.

The Osprey was on the Old Addons 4 disk. I dunno what is on the latest version. I dont fly this one much as Aerofly is closer to like flying the real thing, where this one is fairly easy, and can give a false sense of security, when you go to fly the real thing.

Haha. Of course I know, as you see here, as I fly it upside down. I have lots of real helis that I fly inverted, for no reasonable reason either other than to say I can do it. I like scale flying helis best and they do not fly upside down, nor should.

Thanks kindly, well, getting too far away to see the model is the most difficult for me. I fly most of the time Aerofly for really difficult nervewracking flying, as it re-creates the real world the best. It is all a learning curve for sure.

Special heads and motor holds on Stunt (3D) helicopters allows the blade pitch to be completely reversed while the engine stays running at high speed. It is zero pitch at half stick so you can go inverted and back at any time in the flight.

Wings are the same shape, just the angle changes to increase and decrease pitch from zero, which is half stick on the left side, Stick down moves to -9 degrees, then back up to zero, keep going up, and it is now +9 degrees, so infinitely variable.

I dont think so. Aerofly and Real flight have special cords to use. It will work with the FMS simulator, however and that you can download free. It may even come with your plane. GOod luck.

Your welcome. I am not sure about real flight downloads, but the Best and most realistic sim is Aerofly Pro Deluxe. They have many places to download airplanes, helis and flying sites. You might want to check that out at aerofly(.)com

Fly straight and level. Pull a bit of up in it and hold it, keeping the wings level, till it is upside down. Reduce the throttle, and keep holding the elevator at the same position. When it becomes close to level,start adding power and then level off the elevator so you fly out the same place you began.

In my opinion,the one that won all the awards around the globe and the one I usually fly is the Aerofly Pro deluxe. But all of them are good for learning orientation and controls including yours. We never had anything like this when I began flying helicopters, so everything is a good tool today.

Hands down, Aerofly. It won all the top awards (You can see them in all the RC model magazines) world wide. It is the only one I fly and I really like it. I can be sweating on a 15 minute THREEDEE heli flight, as it is intense.

Thanks for your comments. There have been independent modelers who have fabricated some Harrier models, some with limited success as they require lots of power. With the Turbine engines now available, it seems more a reality, but I do not know of any manufacturer producing any as yet. They would be quite expensive and complicated.

Haha thanks. Well, in real life, there is always someone who is leaving their planes lay around! Ha ha. In the simulator, the second plane always starts it's replay program over (so you can fly with it with another plane or heli) so that is what you see.Glad yo liked it.

Actually yes, I have seen a real full scale heli fly inverted. Red Bull has a full scale BO heli that flys inverted. It can regularly be seen doing loops, stall turns, rolls, etc at many of the Red Bull events.

That is a show heli. It is not practical to fly inverted and all helis are designed to not do that, except special planes. Sustained inverted flight would never be considered in the military. You're point concerning this video is ???

First, I installed the original Realflight disk. Then I downloaded the G3.5 upgrades, then I clicked on the shortcut properties and told it to run as the "Administrator", and to also run in the "XP" mode. Voila!

Its challenging to hover becuase you need to do a slow transition of the nacels up towards helicopter mode you dont just go directly straight up work it back slowly as you want to come in to land maybe up to 70 degrees then as you come down to land move up to 90 degrees

Yes.and thanks for serving. I did 30 years in the USMC as Avionics Chief on Phantoms. This is a Simulator of a model V22. It is small..no weight (8 lbs), and the AIR is still full sized! I rarely crash it, but the knob to change blade angle must be reached from the left of the TX to the right and turned 2 times before it moves the whole way. The nacelles rotate very slow, no matter how fast you turn the knob.
