@ih84rs It's a 7 speed sequential manual shifter with an automated clutch. The one in this M5 E60 developed by the BMW M division is know as the "SMG" (Sequential Manual Gearbox) similar to what Formula 1 cars have.

@Adrianwesker No, there is no e60 M5 with stick. Unfortunately they are all 6 or 7 speed manual with automatic clutch and flapy paddle. But feel free to convert it, it works beautiful with 535d stick shifter

if you want a high pitched and agressive sound, you have to buy a Gemballa Exhaust System.

they have a High Quality and are not very cheap.
