  • unbelievable

  • Just oozes class.

  • he just walked to the ball

  • normal for him.

  • 3 ppl fell down while trying to hit this shot !

  • Also, it's hilarious how he nonchalantly skipped into that little scoop to get to the first lob.

  • That was one of the sickest shots ever, especially on the replay from the opposite side. In fact I might even prefer this over a tweener these days.

  • just cool calm and collected

  • that's just sick!!.. Respect!

  • great point. the rally itself was good and the passing shot was actually pretty sick. but what makes this point so ridiculous is that fed makes it look disgustingly easy. like a morning jog, or a walk in the park. we all know that what he did in this point is anything but easy.

  • Now he's won the Australian Open LOL

  • forza SEPPI!!!!

  • It makes you wonder: How does he dance?

  • 0:11 awesome.

  • it was "surely" a great point but when federer return the first lob seppi was way too passive.

he should have gone to the net.

i don't say that he done the wrong choice but against another oppenent it would have been more difficult for federer to win the point.

therefore federer deserved to win this point.

  • lol

  • insane ! i love how he takes the first lob with a slice FH .. love the way he does it .. Brilliant !

  • SPECTACULAR!

  • ROLF?

  • Lol and Roger just won Wimbledon.

  • Jajajaja, en dat handje omhoog ! ROLF It sounds like chinese to those who dont speak Dutch i suppose.

  • his play is perfect!!!! I love you roger... you are the best..

  • Classic Roger! :)

  • great point / video 5/5

  • and he just beat Nadal in the Madrid Masters to win the Championship! BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!!!!

  • And now he's won the roland garros ..........hohohohoho

  • Roland Garros and wimbledon!!

  • Amazing Federer, 0:11 so relaxed, he was playing with him. He needs this kind of confidence in his game against Nadal and murray, and he will win Monte Carlo Masters.

  • The day Rafa Nadal can play with as much class as that is the day i give up playing tennis. Roger is still the best, definitely.

  • its scary to see him make shots like that, seppi is a good player, but federer just danced around the court..classic federer

  • so casual at 0.11!

  • That's freaking hilarious! So casual of Federer

  • luv it how it curves

  • awesome...just awesome

  • what on earth......

  • fuck, fed made a fool of seppi. lol i feel sorry for the bloke

  • The way he hit that last ball is so...pretty!

  • zajebisty jest i tyle:)

  • bellisimo, grande Roger, hope you win RG or Wimbledon

  • why didnt seppi attack after his first lob

  • Federer plays great against most opponents, but for some reason he just chokes against Nadal.

  • Wow Great Point:D:D

  • holy shit :D ..that was great...

  • hohoho as you see federer has the best backhand

he is the king of wibledon

and he will be the winner of garros too this may again no1

  • Genius, just genius.

  • the 1st lob he picked was like,,.. ahh.. she still havent bounced twice? ok,.. lets play abit ^^

  • I was betting on Federer with myfriends

I regret having spent the money:(yeah I never bet again!!

It was my mistake that I trusted him

but I love Federer~ I bet you will

  • Vamos Rafa: You gave the knock-out blow to DAVOS & all they represent!

  • What! You can see the guy's abs through his overcoat!

  • that really is a fantastic and intencional point, notice when he starts to go back to the ball he checks were is seppi running to... great

  • lol he showed of because he is king roger federer that was funny ending thanks for the vid

  • lol what the hell are you talking about photondrive. i assume you're kidding.

  • Jets: You must understand that Tennis IS civilization! That is, the sublimized resolution of conflict. Therefore it is no surprise for me to reference BOXING precedents - since Tennis is "double-sublimated" (no actual contact), while the cruder Boxing is only "single-sublimated" (small amount of blood). Thus Boxing Revolutions preceed Tennis ones. The news is the PLANTING OF VIRUSES by the jealous Ind/Mil combine. Note how many UNFINISHED matches this year at AO!?!

  • He is the king of tennis. Hopefully he wins the AO next week! :P

  • makes it look easy doesn't he? ha

  • makes it look so easy,..

  • The King...IS Only one ROGER!!!!!!

  • wow, very nice

He is so calm and self-confident

  • You Fed fans refuse to see how Murrey Demolished his ID 3 weeks ago! Modeling himself on Roger, at a crucial moment he broke FREE! Now his tenacle (notice how he strokes his upper belly region now), CROSSED the net for the first time. Because he can merge with Fed, he can even control Fed's ARM SWING with the extended tenacle. Nadal's imbibing of the Yagi, gives the "Jaguar transformation" - something like Ali's "Lu-Lu-Land"; while Andy, is like Klitchko, who needs only ONE ARM to knock-out now!

  • wtf are u talking about

  • Comment removed

  • just go die

  • you just spout ridiculous comments all over youtube dont you...

  • So elegant!

  • omg that was the most beautiful point of roger federer ive ever seen in my life...

  • Friends: The sport has reached the "Russian Army Storming the Reichstag" stage! While Federer & Safin are still analyzing "strong & weak" points, the new players (Murrey & Nadal - & maybe soon Novak) are eliminating EVERYPLACE THE ENEMY MIGHT STAND - or run for that matter! "Strong points & weak points" are now ELIMINATED from consideration. Happens in every sport, the evolutions go into their final phases. Fed's game not changed, merely worked on "weak points": "over the hill" with Marat!

  • nonsense.

  • Federer IS NOT making fun of Seppi. He makes tennis look even more entertaining. Stop whining and ENJOY the game.

Why the fuck do you always start with your Federer-Nadal NR1 bla bla bla, no one gives a fuck. Watch the game and shut up

  • word.

  • Well said!!!! They are both dope!!

  • just go die PhotonDrive, Federer isn't "over the hill" he can still get the num.1 spot back asshole. he will get more slams, Pete and agassi did after their 30's. so stop saying "federer is num5 or how he's just a poster boy", cuz it's just a bullshit, you son of a bitch

  • Well said! I know. Agreed bro.

  • It makes me depressed watching a greatest of all time piss-farting around because he knows the other guy is such poor quality. But then when you see Fed vs Safin etc it makes you appreciate how good they are.

  • hey fuck all of you guys who think fed is "over the hill now" and the time for change is here. "vamos rafa" blah blah blah. look at the new generation of players. they have a LONG way to go before they can rival fed's legend. 14 gs and counting. agassi won 5 gs after 28 so don't even tell me roger is too old. as for nadal, he is a fucking joke. he just tries really hard and is athletic. it takes more than that to match federer's class. he will go down in history as an all time great. LEGEND

  • Umm, well, i love Nadal and dont agree with what u said, i think he amazing but about Federer i totall agree, he is the man and no one present or past has quite matched or exceeded what The Fed has achieved. Although, he has 13 Grand Slams not 14. pete Sampras has 14, and thats what The Fed is trying to exceed and sooner or later, he will achieve that. But i agree no one on not even Nadal has matched Federer yet, they have a long way to go even Nadal admitted that.

  • sorry for my rash comment about nadal lfiers. i actually love nadal, i was just mad after reading like 50 straight bs comments about federer

  • No probs, i uderstand and im sick of it too! Its just bullshit! But as they say "Behind every succesful person, lies a pack of haters." The truth is, the peeple that say this, love him deep down, but they just cant believe how a man can be so respected and loved and be so succesful for all these years so they want to bring him down. They want to see him fall like hes a thing of the past. But the thing is, no matter what happens, Federer is a living legend already and nufing can change that!!

  • its 13 not 14

  • Fact! Well said, many think its 14. Go Federer! Get that 14th!

  • No nonsense, Federer, dear PhotonDrive!

    "Maybe no. 5" my ass

He's just the best tennis player ever,

despite all the curmudgeons like you, old fart.

Hopefully, after this Aussi open, he'll have equalized Sampras' slam record

Him being Swiss makes it even better haha.

Btw: If you wanna use latin, you might as well do it right:

    AD NAUSEAM

Nothing to do with museum ;-)

  • Lol, Roger's always the one inventing shots in this game. Brilliant point! Only he can do things like this one.

  • If Seppi had the balls or brains to come in when Federer's back was turned during the first lob he would of won the point

  • Er, he'd already come in to the net. The no-look forehand went straight down the line and caught him off-guard; he wouldn't've known whether Roger would hit it DTL or cross-court.

  • I meant on the first lob

  • Ah I see. My apologies.

  • I don't think Seppi anticipated that his lob was in. You could tell he was pretty much giving up the point, and Federer himself only hit it back after it unexpectedly dropped in.

  • thats what made that shot so funny that he just casually flips it back in after everyone...and probably EVERYONE thought it was going out

  • just wow

  • wow o my god a new stragedy

  • how did he do that?*bowdown*

  • Correction, not at Paris-Bercy but at the Madrid ATP Masters tourney.

  • 0:16 it's genius how he keeps his eye on seppi until the last second to check if he's approaching net or not

  • i didnt see that before, thats brilliant. It looks like he has all the time of the world. Unreal.

  • that was an awesome shot, he makes tennis so exciting, I love watching Fed play.

  • unreal passing shot...

  • and can rafa or andy do that?

    never.

    sheer class

  • ah federer gets too emotional....sampras never expressed anger

  • he hit one almost equal against nalbandian FO 2006 SF!!

  • I just don't get that point at all.

Is he kidding with Seppi or was that "serious" played by Roger?!?

  • Espectacular Roger eres el mejor

  • what can i see that again....?!

  • Amazing.

  • What a point!!!!

    He's the best!

  • Federer-esque. :-D

  • that's just so cool. did you see how he played after the first lob?! he really made this rally it attractive and for fun, not just a crucial point. only federer..

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!

    he's the best!

  • OH YES!!... do you people realize he had NEVER played that shot ever?? personally I consider myself lucky to have seen him invent yet another shot. So acrobatic... and still after winning the point he apologizes to seppi... such class... only Federer... only Federer...

  • I agree with you, but in this rally Federer used two shots from squash, both shots after the lobs. He made the rally fantastic because of this, that he is able to come with an unexpected shot. Another fantastic shot "borrowed" from squash Federer used in the semifinal match against Nalbandian a couple of years ago in the French Open. So yes, that is only Federer...

  • the invented shot i mentioned (i think it was never used before, but then again i'm not immortal) was the passing shot (in the end) with the nadal-like forehand and the leap, all together in one beautiful and skilled move. at least i never saw federer do that before... but please correct me if i'm wrong

  • He did something similar against Tsonga at Paris-Bercy in 2008 although the over-the-shoulder FH at the time was not the point-ender but nonetheless helped him get back into and eventually win the rally.

  • Lucky crowd who got to witness that up close!

  • The wizard of Oz ... part one

  • Federer = God.

  • Amazing.

    It´s pure talent.

  • i watched that point 100 times, but what can i do, it's just poetry of federer with magical winner :D... i'm waiting for more of those :D

  • and what?

    He is no.1 for ever.

  • this is not for nº2...is for nº1

  • Only Roger Federer can do.

  • A typical "only roger federer can do".

I dont see anyone else, come close to play on a level like this.

  • thats rdiculous he wasnt even looking when he played that shot!

    The king is back!

  • lol

it was a great point and funny

  • awesome.

  • no.1
