    You can almost see his heels lifting from the floor. NOT good. Injury? Probably.

  • @Stjarnor injury on a BW squat? its highly unlikely unless he weighs 200 kg.

  • @pwdminion That's where you are wrong my friend. Ask any physiotherapist or naprapath, the'd say the same thing. Your bodyweight is sufficient enough to strain ligaments in a non progressive way.

  • @Stjarnor yeah maybe if he was jumping of something and landing funny. this movment is not an uncommon movement through the day. like i said its highly unlikely i didnt say it was impossoble. this is a no-low impact compound movmenent and if he trains his leg muscles the are strong enough for this piss poor movement.

  • @KId2RAw What is being cut or ripped? Here is a big tidbit, diet will get you looking good. It doesn't matter how many pullups, pushups or squats you do. If you have a strict diet, people will be able to see the muscle you have now.

  • @KId2RAw Try not to focus so much on the way your body looks. True fitness is how you perform and what you can accomplish within your workouts. Tabloids have plagued people's mind with thinking that getting "Ripped" or "Cut" are what defines fitness levels. I've seen dudes at the crossfit gym I go to perform better than the meathead with good genetics at the gym I work at. How your muscles show is a cool thing, but it should never be your main focus. Best of luck to you on your journey.

  • Hello folks, I'm trying to understand what yall mean by rounds, do u mean 20 sets of each individual workout...meaning 5 reps of 20 set pull ups etc, etc.?

  • @BMDecipher ,the workout is for maximum rounds in 20 minutes. A round is 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats

  • I did this one today and got 16 done. I usually work out Monday-Friday with a long run on Saturday. I am going to try it on Monday next week as the day before I did the (275 lbs. deadlift with 10 burpees, 5 rounds for time). I like to warm up with the Magic 50.

  • i refuse to believe that when done with proper ROM any more than 28 rounds would be possible...

  • I got 32 Rounds today. I do like the depth of your squats you could improve by sitting back more on them though. Speed up those pull-ups and get a full range of motion. I would go over hand on them.

  • @SSBronan You did not get 32 rounds today. Lets see a video. With proper form I believe you will get around 14.

  • @MrPennersteven I do this with correct form I can do about 18 rounds I know people who have done over 20

  • well my swim team ova here in n.z (mostly 13-17y.o) does this and other work outs from c.f as our coach is american and has attended courses from them etc. and we go through 24 rounds so harden up.

  • Eh..Crossfit doesnt care as long as you keep up the work output. I switch grips just to keep going.

  • This is my first attempt at exercising after dropping 40 pounds eating low carb... I got 8 on Cindy. Clearly I need to build some muscle.

  • Excuses? Maybe. But I don't think I'm doing that bad considering my age,(67). I posted some of my workouts on youtube but I couldn't find any of yours.

  • I just did Cindy here last night in Indianapolis first time doing it I got 16 and I am very sore today.

  • Shoulders and elbows got smoked years ago by arm wrestling guys the size of gorillas. I'm 5'-7" & 165#'s. Excessive reps with weights caused inflamation and tendonitis, not to mention injuries from years of karate competion.

    Unfortunately I can only go about 3/4's way down due to shoulder and elbow injuries.

  • i done this work out two days ago without doing kipping pull ups but doing full extension pull ups and i got 25 rounds..

  • 25 is really good... my best is 22... It sucks cause I let myself go and I know I'm only gonna get like 15 tonight.. :(

    im finding it hard to stay strong in every area at the moment now though.

    my muscle ups r giving me the most problems.

  • You are right, I've been kipping more now.

  • If you can, try it with kipping pullups. It'll get your heart rate going a little faster.
