  • This guy knows a thing or two about form that 99 percent of these fools on youtube don't know. Keep it up dude. Great Advice.

  • You're black, any muscle you ever build doesnt count, :P

  • How many reps should i do, and how many sets of those reps? Also for the pushups how many a day and how often? I really appreciate it man

  • @verizonsucks1324 It all depends on what you goal is. The general idea is if you are looking the muscle growth stick to 6 - 10 reps. If you are looking for strength then 4- 6 reps. For my sets i do 3- 4 i never go beyond 4 sets. As for pushups try it as a superset with your bench press this can be very difficult and is a good burner on the chest. Do 10 - 20 reps for the pushups and see how that goes.

  • @WizFitness Thanks so much dude. By the way you're insanely toned haha

  • if we do this exercises, we no need to do barbell bench press.

  • @timbrandon94 I don't use barbell bench press for numerous of reasons.

  • @WizFitness isnt it because it fixes your shoulder in a certain position? and could injure your rotator cuff?

  • I love black muscle boys.

  • @tamakun69 lol thanks

  • Nice video!

Do you have to stick your chest out & arch your back?

Also, can I get a big chest JUST doing this meaning no barbell bench presses? I have no spotter

  • @jeffersong808 Thanks much appreciated. No that is the worst thing to do keep your back straight. This will avoid you getting injured. Yes you can get your chest bigger without using the barbell bench press. Me personally i do not use the barbell bench press as i don't like how it develops the muscle. However dumbbell bench press needs to be combined with other chest exercise to get the right size and shape. Example of other exercises are: Dumbbell flys and incline dumbbell bench press.

  • @WizFitness

Unfortunetly your wrong on the back comment. You need to pull upir shoulder blades together arch your back tighten your chest and traps. Just search dave tate's six-week bench press cure. He is a power lifting specialist who benches 610lbs.

  • Yeah but yours looks different it separates a lot at the bottom. where are you from

  • @GangstaKul Ok i understand now that you have been more specific. Through my exercises and training i've managed to mould my chest to how it is now as i am able to target each part of my chest which alot of people are not able to do. Another factor is due to the structure of the chest which is different for everyone. I'm from England :)

  • how come your chest is like ripped at the bottom do you like it?

  • @GangstaKul lol what do you mean could you be more specific? Your chest is suppose to be separated at the bottom this is what defines each pec.
