honsetly that is touching but i work w the elderly here in the usa and the cost is out of this world for those walker and wheelchairs!!!at some point should we not start looking in our own backyard. I know everyone needs help but look around....we are in despart need ourselfs

How do you know that these physicians aren't helping people out at home as well? I swear, people and their damn assumptions. Learn how to spell "desperate" and "ourselves" before you start judging people who are helping others.

these people are so exceptional and fight such overwhelming odds. i'll never forget a remark made to me by a former french legionnaire in viet nam in 1967 , ' god left africa a long time ago.' the same remark was made in , ' blood diamond.'
