One of the things that surprised me was they didn't check for bilateral breath sounds to make certain the airway was properly positioned.

2 BIG mistakes on this film:

1. Laryngoscope in right hand

and the BIGGEST mistake:

2. Insertion of the tube in the left side of the mouth! It is not logic at all,because the tounge is moved to the left,and the visualisation of the larynx is on the right,there it is,normally,"open road". This film was CRAP!

Never seen an intubation where the laryngoscope was held with the right hand. Would not recommend it.
