  • Whoever this driver is, she does not know proper wheelchair lift procedures. A wheelchair must not be loaded facing forward. That puts strain on the end of the lift and may possibly collapse. A rider must always back up into the lift to avoid the strain on the lift, especially electrical wheelchairs. They can have a weight of up to 300 lbs and the additional weight of the passenger may make it 600lb+. Most of these lift are made to only withstand 600lbs.

  • @greenmouse1984 its a front wheel drive chair I use a front wheeldrive chair and i can tell you all the weight is over the front by desighn
