The Rock Bottom is a Uranage in America, where translation issues saw any side slam that started from a Uranage position classified as a "reverse side throw" rather than a "throw to behind". That said, this could be referred to as a Sambo Suplex if only because it's a highly stylized version of the Judo Uranage.
