All they are doing at these summits is going through the motions and making out each other is being difficult so no changes occur

they think we were born yesterday

if you are referring to global warming as government scare tactics you clearly don't live in a northern climate where these effects are most prevalent. the question is "is the global climate changing?" it is "why is it changing? and does it matter?" I do agree with you global stupidity is our main problem its just astonishing to me that you fail to realize you are a part of that problem.
