@TheI3eastUK its uncatchable since its the start of the game and you have no pokeballs or pokedex therefore you can't catch it

You do realize that you CAN get Shiny Mudkip if you hit that Shiny frame onto Mudkip right? Emerald is different, this means you have an early shiny frame.

@RenaKitty I'm didn't mean RNG at all. I just meant the the current you file is good. It's possible to get Shiny Mudkip on it.
