I am a resident of this same town (EHC,NJ)...I have not seen this tower in over a year...I believe the reason it was put there (at the time) was strictly for crime-prevention purposes, since parked-cars were getting broken into...This tower has digital-cameras and doesn't need to be manned with an actual-person (transit-police officer).
