  • You make me miss my hair. Except with my hair, I looked like a starving lion.

  • Do you ever run? or do you just stick to the weights?

  • @DrPaynis

Despite my usual answer that running is only for 'cowards and criminals', I did start running on a treadmill again. Though no more than 10 min at a time.

  • Hey timbah, How long did it take you to look like this? I've been trainining for 4 years but am still a ways away but then again I was 60 pounds overweight when I started....

  • how tall are you?

  • Cool, you could suck yourself off (if you were so inclined)

  • Wait, so you're supposed to stretch after you workout? I always thought you had to stretch before to loosen up your muscles and prevent injury. I'm confused...

  • @taluce

You can do static stretches for the antagonistic muscle group of what you're about to train but aside from that and the hip flexors, do dynamic stretches before the workout and leave static stretches for after the workout.

  • @timbahwolf hey man i hurt my hip flexor when squating about 3 months ago nothing serious but i cant squat i do lunges instead and deadlifts now, can you show some good hip flexor exercises to stretch and strengthen it pls i cant wait to get back to squatting.

  • that stretch at 0:36 feels so good

  • hi,perfetc legs and beautiful feets (Y)

  • TARZAN

  • I'm enjoying watching this video a little too much ;)

  • how important is stretching? before a workout of after? im trynig to learn from the master

  • @BboyJ8A

I do mostly dynamic stretches before my lower body workouts and usually save the static stretches post workout.

On upper body days, shoulder dislocations and a couple of supersets of facepulls and pressdowns to warmup the shoulder girdle and elbows is all I do. I do believe I should incorporate more upper body static stretches at the end but rarely do so.

  • This is the greatest complement I can give you: I despise you.

  • @pacifiedfools

    Thank you... I think. LOL!

  • @pacifiedfools LOL. it should be illegal to be so fit and so good looking . I could never look like that maybe not even if I could start my life over and do everything he has done - wow!

  • dude i hate u man wtf i want that physique

  • Just curious, do you know what your body fat percentage is? It must be under 4%.

  • can you call him a Hunk?

  • more like liu kang

  • MK Liu Kang? Liu Kang much leaner. This guy is a Hunk!

  • 3:57 what exactly is that stretching? No joke this is a serious honest question.

  • sorry did i insult you, i didn't realise u were in love.

  • see above comment.

  • his lower back..

  • dude looks like Vegeta

  • hehe yea he does man

  • Awesome flexibilty and a phenomenal physique--great legs and upper body. I also appreciate the spiritual centeredness evident in your videos. Thank you for being and for sharing.

  • When doing the stretches with one foot infront, try to keep your back as straight as possible or even keep an arch in it. If you stretch like that for a while, you can achieve a head-to-toe stretch which shows excellent hamstring, hip, and calf flexibility.

  • stfu

  • What does your typical daily diet look like?

  • Is this what you do before a leg workout??

  • No. I would do this only after my workout. Except for stretching the hip flexors I'm a firm believer that most static stretches are best left post workout. I do incorporate dynamic stretches pre workout.

  • yo dude u must compete man.... ur fking awesome

  • This is my favorite part of my workout. And I see perfection here. 40 years old... man, I'm just a few years behind you. What great inspiration. Thanks for posting!! - Daniel

  • I've tried all the moves and some are hard. Thanks for sharing.

  • Hey timbahwolf...what do you eat? Do you follow a strict diet, or do you get to eat most anything you want and still look like that? Not looking for detail, but just your basic intake. Your body is amazing! Everything looks good and fits together really well.

  • wow man, great balance of strength and flexibility, ur definition is impressive

  • hello timbahwolf,

saying hi from jamaica. i have seen most of your vids, i'm like wow!!, you're really strong, your body is very nicely sculpt,(work of art) and handsome too. keep up the workout and keep the hair long. ^_^

  • hey timber what's a good way to warmup before these stretches? i do some of them after my workouts but it would be nice to stretch on days off.

  • upward dog? Did you do p90x man?

  • Wow you can really stretch! I love this. Thanks for posting it.

  • yeah. how about back bends? you know, bending backwards? your lower back seems stiff. u probably need a good massage to loosen it. and can i help you? :D

  • you wouldnt believe the amount of people who go to my gym and just straight up and hit the weights - so many people are missing the stretching aspect of it, and while ive gotten a lot of my flexibility from martial arts, its good to see other bodybuilders doing lots of stretching :D

btw timbahwolf, do you follow more of a bulk/cut routine or just a slow, clean bulk year round?

  • looking great

  • dont see many dudes with that muscularity and that kind of flexibility ...very rare.

  • Your description lie's outside the realm of what words have to offer! :)

    Please keep posting!

    And keep the long hair!

  • i reckon he should cut his hair

  • Show us how it's done, man!

  • Shang, Great that you showed this video . It gives people the oppurtunity to see that people with muscles not only are flexible, but it shows how essential it is to do these before and after a workout . Very smart to make this video !!

  • Thanks, ronnie. Always appreciate your comments. Hope life is treating you and yours well.
