The Cannon GL1 is SD, not HD. It's a workhorse, and shoots a great image. In fact, I shot a feature film with mine, back in 2006 (DEAD MOON RISING). I had two high capacity batteries, and used the firewire out to DV Rack to record straight to a laptop. I plugged an external shotgun mike on a 30 ft cord - the on board mikes pick up too much motor noise.
What resolution does this record at? I'm thinking about buying one. Alot of features you dont find for the same price now a days. Also can you remove and add a lens to it?
I'm selling mine. I only used it a few times. I used it the most during the summer mission in Guatemala, and that's about it. I have everything he's showing, except the manual disc but I have the original paper manual. I even have the original box. I just didn't use it at all. It's in brand new condition. i have 2 questions
1) once you shoot a video and you dont want it can u delete in or is it the camera like u shoot over the other vids?
2) can u put a memory card into it?

I agree with others, your intro is waaayyy too long. Cut that bad bot down to 5-30 seconds and you should keep new viewers watching.
