Hi, I definitely commend leg exercises to tone and shape your butt and thighs. I have other leg workouts posted, so please take a look. You also need to do cardio exercise like jogging, walking, aerobics classes, cycling, etc. to help burn calories and reduce excess fat. That's how you'll slim down those areas. That coupled with the toning will give you a nice firm butt and thighs.

hey i have a problem.. see in your video your hip has a perfect big curve all the way from your waist to your thighs.. i have annoying saddlebags above my butt cheeks .. theyre kind of on the sides of my back and they go up to the middle of my back.. ive also got this big dent in the middle at the front of my pelvis (i think its from the underwear) and i cant get any fat or muscle there.. im pretty skinny so i dont wanna lose weight but i want that curve.. will this help? any suggestion?
Hi, what you are describing is excess fat. You can be thin and not toned. If you would like to reduce this area, yes this video definitely helps, but you also need cardio exercise. When you do aerobic exercise, you burn excess fat. I do have an upcoming video on saddlebag exercises that I think you will find helpful :o)

Hi, a pillow doesn't create enough resistance because it's not firm enough. You want something squishy, but still a bit firm for this to help exercise your inner thighs.
My my your so energetic.. In ancient times one would drink fennel tea to suppress the appetite and add a few greens. The excercise was picking the greens..or perhaps escaping the gamekeeper..

Hi, I actually wear sneakers when I do leg exercises because they add a little weight to my leg which increases resistance a bit for me :o)
