Thank you very much for the real professional instructional videos, great editing jobs and nice quality video in addition to the GREAT COOKING INSTRUCTIONS in general which makes these videos in combination real jewl of cooking for me and all who love mid-eastern food!
Thanks again Chef, I've registered to keep track of your recipes because your videos are very informative and the food looks delicious. I enjoy the way you prepare the food and then show the fabulous results. Your voice is very clear and your work station clean, your instructions are slow and it allows me to attempt them with my daughter who loves to cook. She will be able to "WOW" our guests this weekend!.
it looks scrummy and simple to cook ... I might try making the dish next week for Sunday dinner. Question, You mention the tomato sauce as base ingredient ... can I use tomato ketchup instead or do you mean tinned tomatoes?
This is an awesome recipe. Looks delicious =]. Could you tell me what brand of pepper paste you use, and where you might get it? I've heard of curry paste, but never pepper paste. Thanks!
@fezan84 Thank you for the compliment. The brand I am using is Selena Mild Pepper Paste, they also have hot if you like it spicier. I purchase it from my local middle eastern market. 24oz for less then $5.00. And it will last a very long time. Try your indian, persian, armenian or middle easterrn market. Hope this helps, and let me know if you give the recipe a try. Enjoy! :)
