ABSOLUTE AN, PHOENIX AZ SUNDAY 63-0127 E-89 ... And character comes from the Word of God, and that alone. And any preacher that claims to be a preacher, and deny that Word, there's little character of God there to me. Amen. ...
Now, I don't want to get critical with you. I love you, and I mean that. But that's my Absolute, brethren, this Word, THUS SAITH THE LORD. You know that's true."

God bless and be with you Brother/Sister. We all want to make it.
I am not here to dispute with you. That is not what I want to do, argue and fuss. This message is far to precious to me to fuss over.
The one thing I do know is God sent to us in this our age a mighty prophet and opened up the Word and the mysteries to him, to bring to us... and I thank God for that, and for sending him! I believe the ministries have their place, and they should keep it.
It was Korah; when God raised His prophet Moses, and he had the Word of the Lord. He had two and a half million people out there in that desert, and Jethro come up and said, "Moses, it's going to kill you, your burden's so great." God took part of His Spirit and put It upon seventy elders, and they prophesied. It never weakened Moses a bit. He... But Moses was still the last answer, 'cause he had THUS SAITH THE LORD.
Jamma, not to be arguing, but they weren't trying to get rid of Moses. They were trying to get rid of the priesthood, or ministry. That is what made them evil.
Korah and Dathen were against Moses... thought he took too much on himself... Brother Branham states this over and over... it is clear by this forum that many people don't actually listen to the tapes...they simply quote what they have heard from ministers...
NUMBERS 16:11 For which cause [both] thou and all thy company [are] gathered together against the LORD: and what [is] Aaron, that ye murmur against him?
Aaron was the priesthood.
Because they spoke against Aaron, they were thus speaking against Moses.
AV -- Core (1) 1) ... The particular grievance which rankled in the mind of Korah and his company was their exclusion from the office of priesthood, and their being confined -- among them who were Levites -- to the inferior services of the tabernacle. Korah's position as leader of the rebellion was evidently the result of his personal character, which was that of a bold, haughty and ambitious man. (B.C. 1490)
But there arose up in the wilderness, one by the name of--of Dathan, and one by the name of Korah. And they said, "This has got to be a one-man affair. Moses thinks he's the only one God's called."
That one-man Message, they didn't want It. No, they didn't want It. And God never did deal but with one person at a time. It's always a one-man Message. When did ever He deal with the people, outside of just one person? It's an individual.
Nomdeq. Bro. Branham said, one man message, one man leadership, a total of 4 times. Three services in a row. WHY IT HAD TO BE SHEPHERDS 64-1221, then the very next service, WHO DO YOU SAY THIS IS? 64-1227, then the very next service, PARADOX A 65-0117.
At the time he was very upset cause no one let him preach in a pulpit in Arizona.
WHO DO YOU SAY THIS IS? 3 I wonder sometimes why I moved down to Tucson. I've been down there three years, and ain't never been invited to any pulpit.
In WHY IT HAD TO BE SHEPHERDS 64-1221 243... Help me and these other shepherds, Lord, around the world, shepherds of the Word, to proclaim it, Lord, in this next year.
275 God's sheep feed on His Food, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." And this is It, the Bible.
And in PARADOX, the next sermon, he clarified by saying
"47 ...Now, after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,
Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, and go over this Jordan...
60 ... I think this Book of Joshua fits. A fitting word for it would be the Book of Ephesus of the Old Testament. The Book of Ephesians of the Old Testament, would be a good thing to title this Book of Joshua, ...
PARADOX 89 ... I believe we're right in the shadows of the coming of the Son of God. And as Joshua, just before the Ephesians raised up, so did John the Baptist raise up just before the next Ephesians. And we're promised another, another Ephesians. It's predicted here in the Scripture; therefore,..."
What does Ephesians say? Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Wow!Nomdea! Isn't it amazing how they reason out what Brother Branham said... "he said this b/c of this, and he said this b/c of that, and he only said it this number of times. Brother Branham said what he said. Amen to it. That's final!
THE POINT IS that in the SAME messages William Branham said - one man message - he also preached about the BIBLE, the MINISTRY, and that JOSHUA is EPHESIANS and that Ephesians promotes the ministry. They are all in harmony.
I agree with jamma77. He is a prophet: vendicated!!! God thought enough of him to come down and take His picture with him. Respect the prophet because he was God mouth piece to this age. Not trying to argue either because I too believe that this message is far to valueble and precious for that!!!
Any time I presented the message to an unbeleiver they point to the fact that people worship him... because of the deity spirit and fanaticism (he's coming back) here's an oppertunity to let these people that we all dont beleive that way and BB didnt either!
Friends. I'll never forget what Bro.Pearry Green said the Prophet said to him, and I was sitting ten feet away from him.( "Bro. Pearry, always keep your balance in the scriptures"). Nothing more needs to be said; just keep reading your Bible and praying daily.
I do believe that Bro. Branham was a prophet. But I also believe that he was a man, a man who made mistakes, mistakes which, if you read the message, corrected several times. No, I do not believe that every word he said is infallible. The only word that is infallible is the words of The Holy Bible.
Great Job!

Bro Branham never said he was. Sorry.

Jamma thank you for posting the Martin Luther link on your page.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, do a Youtube search for, Martin Luther at the Diet of Worms.
"Scripture" is the word Martin Luther consistently uses.

So what's with all this snow if we're in the mellinium? And where on earth did Brother Branham say that everything he said was Thus Saith the Lord?
AttributeofGod 4 years ago
I certainly believe that the entire message is THUS SAITH THE LORD. We have to believe that or else it will be just another man's interpretation.
