i am tuned to drop C# (drop D and down a 1/2 step).

I'm not sure what the chords would be if I was trying to explain it that way but if you pretend you're in regular drop D:

E minor (bar chord on 7th fret

C maj (only bar the 2,3, & 4th strings with your 1st finger and play the 5th string open)

chorus:

E minor, G minor and then third chord is that same G minor but add in the 6th string.

I'm really not good at explaining.. sorry :/
