Both "Sutton and I" and "Sutton and me" are technically correct. Older schools of thought taught the "I" form, while more recently "me" has become the standard in schools. The test is to remove the other person and see if the sentence still is correct (ie. "This is a picture me" works where "This is a picture of I" does not.

Unfortunately you have the second piece of information incorrect - it is considered proper to always put the secondary person before "me."
