  • This was used in Clint Eastwood's, "Flags of Our Fathers."

  • Somewhere I still have a 45 rpm record of "Summit Ridge Drive." My sister used it to teach me how to dance the jitterbug. The relatively slow steady beat was perfect for learning that dance, later stepping up the pace with Bill Haley's "Rock Around The Clock." She was an Arthur Murray dance instructor. But I still love "Summit Ridge Drive."

  • man, what a glorious tune. Out of the literally 1000's of tunes that I have listened to from that era, I always just dug this tune. Thats poster, This is the version I know best... Ya Man, .. Talk about cool....

  • Finally the original version. This so kicks ass. Thank you for posting this classic. Who would have thought a harpsichord would fit so well in jazz?

  • @bvwatcher Who? Johann Sebastian Bach, more than likely.I miss dancing to this with my Dad!
