Somewhere I still have a 45 rpm record of "Summit Ridge Drive." My sister used it to teach me how to dance the jitterbug. The relatively slow steady beat was perfect for learning that dance, later stepping up the pace with Bill Haley's "Rock Around The Clock." She was an Arthur Murray dance instructor. But I still love "Summit Ridge Drive."

Finally the original version. This so kicks ass. Thank you for posting this classic. Who would have thought a harpsichord would fit so well in jazz?
