Yes, everyone can get those. In a day where cargo brings food from 3k miles away in less than 2-3 hrs I can enjoy whatever I want. I eat all year long all that I want whenever I want. If people only ate locally you would be extremely limited and nutritionally deficient. Imagine living where ice and snow is 4-6 feet for 8-10 months, you expect me to eat locally? Extremely naive.
@HuffleSlytherin1 Your "mum" is an uneducated moron, no offense but let's be real. My mother had the same response but with my kids, "better not be making those kids eat raw" ... you mean a full serving of fruit and veggies for breakfast instead of a bowl of processed sugar corn cereal? You mean instead of a granola bar full of sugar, salt and dead grains? Yea mom, you're a fucking bright one!
@ACLogikel although thats true, i dont think you should disrespect someones mum like that. no one appreciates it when people put dow their own family members. you are right, but you didnt have to be so agressive.
@TheCherrycherryboom Sure I do, we live in a world full of uneducated idiots. I have no reason to treat them any different, these are the same idiots who have no problem running their mouth about you and telling YOU how to do things, but they happen to be uneducated and foolish. We are not all equal and should not be treated as such, thats a bunch of nonsense the weak and stupid tout to feel better.
You can still respect your parents and call them stupid. They are not one in the same.
@ACLogikel@TheCherrycherryboom As a raw community we face so much backlash and insulting/rude comments towards our dietary choices. It gets so frustrating to keep dealing with people who bring us down again and again. I don't think it was meant to be hurtful, but a lot of people don't know how to react to something so radical and beautiful as the raw lifestyle. We get tired of dealing with the same negative idiots again and again.
@Astateofmind You have been misled with false information. Fructose can raise your blood sugar the same as Sucrose and other "sugars".People with blood sugar issues such as diabetes, hypoglycemia and people with Candida should avoid all types of "sugar".Except perhaps very small amoounts of lemon, lime and berries.I can speak from experience. My sugar levels were in the 300-400 range until I went grain free/sugar free including fruits. My levels are now in the 70-80 range. I am a C.N.C.
I really liked this video! I love farmers market :) !! Thanks for the tips on stocking up I always buy ripe & sometimes my food goes bad cus I dont eat it right away!
A lot of us have blood sugar issues and a large part of your suggestions include a LOT of fruit. Can you highlight more on information for people who will be doing all or mostly veggies?
@myvoodoo2 the naturally occurring sugars in fruits actually work with your body, and are necessary for overall health. Influences on your blood sugar are not tied to sources of sugar from fruits, but from processed foods/beverages. Cutting out fruits in this detox would be detrimental to the development of a proper detox.
