hey man, you know that when I finish recording and close the game then I can not open it. this only happens in my project reallity battlefield mod, I can not see the recording that I did. the recording when recording but when I open it opens the Battlefield 2 and not the reallity project but this is just a few seconds then closes. clarified that this only happens with reallity mod project.plz if can help me .

I don't know if this will help anyone, but I found my BF2 demos folder at C:/Users/user/AppData/Local/Vi­rtualStore/Program Files (x86)/EA GAMES/Battlefield 2/Mods/bf2. My operating system is Windows 7 (64-bit). If you have a 32-bit operating system you could try going to Program Files instead of Program Files (x86).

@MikkelHolmAbrahamsen I discovered how; The demo files are in /My Computer/C:/Program Files/EA GAMES/Battlefield 2/mods/pr/Demos there u will find the file and if u want to play them put the demos at Start/My Documents/Battlefield 2/Profiles/Default/Demos and in the PR u go to barracks or something like that and click on replay. Hope it helps

There wasn't folder named Demos. After i did this, and i found it :) so try:

If you can't see folder by name Demos. go to the Search and write your the name of Demo(ex:i wrote demo.recorddemo X1NK so i searched file named X1NK) .

You need to go to Documents/battlefield2/profile­s. Inside here you should have a folder named demos, if you dont just create one and make sure you name it demos now paste your demo that you made up in here. When you load bf2 backup click on the community tab top of screen and it should be in there. If you get stuck on where or how to make your own demos this video explains it perfectly

@tom16486 i actually did work out how to do it. i have a lap top running windows 7 operating system. what i did was i went into desktop/battlefield2/mods/bf2, and at first i discovered there was no demos folder, so i made one. when i opened it, there were no recorded demos, but i noticed that there was a tab titled "compatibility files" in the folder, so i clicked that, and i found all my recorded demos! so just make a demos folder in the "bf2" file location, open it, click compatibility files.

@Yakboy11 do you have a computer running on windows 7? make sure you've gone all the way into the bf2 file location, then create the demos folder, and when you open that folder and find that its blank, inside it there were also be the compatibility files tab. try this programfiles(x86)/EAGAMES/batt­lefield2/mods/bf2 just follow all those steps those should take you to the location where you create the demos folder. then open the demos folder and click compatibility files.

FOR THOSE WHo cant find the Combatibility tab.. you have done it wrong, if you made your demo file and, if you cant find it, you have to go back.. now you can see your created folder, HOWEVER, look for another folder named Mods, right below it!

click on that then bf2

NOw IN that Folder (BF2) you have to create the demo file, and then enter the new demos folder. AND then there will be a combatability tab, click it, XD And see what happens ;D

i no how to fix it if u dont have demo folder. in the place where it should be create a folder called Demos. Make your video my doing the "demo.recorddemo nameofvidhere" thing and then stop it, go to your folder you made and you will see nothing. now there should be a button at the top of the page or the side thats says compatability files. click it and voilla! theres your video. hope this helps!

The game searches for the path C:Program Files/EA Games/Bf2/Mods/Bf2/ *Demos*

If there is no Demos folder it will not work but if there is it will. Hopefully this answers your question. =)
