Fortunately, for me, I live within the Seattle city limits, a city at the forefront of Marijuana reform, the passer of I-75.

You can get caught with over an ounce of reefer here and you will be given the equivalent of a traffic ticket but most times let go with a warning.

Thankfully, Seattle is an extremely progressive city and recognizes a waste of time and resources on something so harmless compared with something like....Heroin.
