sony toytally blew it on this model. I bought one and took it back. Was not impressed with picture quality and no zoom while recording video. It Sucks
cool cam its great in HD but i'm getting the DSC W270, I now know that 290&270 DSC's are the same ting so i'm saving money and buying the w270, stupid DSLR's take up so much space for nothing!!

The camera picks up so well in HD you blowing that red light. lol I am getting this camera, can beat the prise and video and picture quality
