The Lord will not let you down - He never does. I can imagine how you feel. I just lost my job and now my wife was diagnosed with leukaemia and lost her job as well. As a result we have to move out of our home. I have been in a similar situation once and the Lord got me out in a miraculous way. He is there - I know. And he is there for you also. Right now I am suffering from really severely negative thoughts that keep me preventing from being completely happy. I don't know if your reading your Bible but I would encourage you to look at His character, look to Christ in His word and cry out to Him with the pain of your heart. I really hope that you have some good solid Christian friends around you who can journey through the hard questions with you and give you real hope. Philip Yancey writes a great book 'Where is God when it hurts', might help
