    btw if you want to do your handstand straight instead of crooked (2:15) then you shouldn't watch to your hands, but straight forward

    good way to practice is against a wall(hands head,back, everything against the wall) so you'll form a straight line

    it will be wierd the first couple of times 'cause you will think you're not standing straight

  • @Coops931 Thanks a lot! I workout pretty much daily, but I'll rest if I feel I need it. I like to workout during the day as well, a little here and a little there. The reps all add up. Don't forget to use full ROM on all your reps as well!

  • Nice work out. Keeps me motivated. When I very rarely go to a gym, people also look strange at me. And yes it is a good conversation starter :-)

    The only thing that could be improved is your handstand. your back is slightly arched. i had the same problem. try to keep your whole body straight. it helps if u put your head directly between your arms. a handstand with a correct clean form works a lot more on your shoulders....so long, i´m waitin for the next session :)

  • Thanks! I know I need a lot of improvements, not just the handstand! lol! I know what you're saying and it's something I've been working on. It seems that when I try to put my head between my arms though, I lose the balance. I'll keep working on it.

  • Great workout! The handstands are pretty impressive (as always). BTW, I also like the "watch your head" muscle ups :)

    I can't make myself go to the gym. I've tried, but I feel better outdoors (even in the wintertime). It's still a bit stuffy inside and I feel a lack of fresh air, despite them having those conditioners on.

  • Thanks Speedy! It's hilarious watching some of the people at my health club exercise. A sweat is rarely broken and some guys even take cigarette breaks between sets while they talk on their cell phones! lol!
