The only thing that could be improved is your handstand. your back is slightly arched. i had the same problem. try to keep your whole body straight. it helps if u put your head directly between your arms. a handstand with a correct clean form works a lot more on your shoulders....so long, i´m waitin for the next session :)

btw if you want to do your handstand straight instead of crooked (2:15) then you shouldn't watch to your hands, but straight forward
good way to practice is against a wall(hands head,back, everything against the wall) so you'll form a straight line
it will be wierd the first couple of times 'cause you will think you're not standing straight
