by my figuring you can do it in 350 tokens.

1. save up 350 tokens

2. buy the chest piece, hat, and boots (totals 350 coins)

3. hearth to dalaran

4. get drunk and /dance, (gets you the achievement)

5. sell all your gear back to the vendor for a full refund (must be done within 2 ingame hours of the purchase)

6. go back to orgrimmar/ironforge and buy the membership for 200 coins

doing this can get you all of your achievements but if you want to keep the gear aswell you will need to have 550

a tip for disturbing the peace is u can buy the clothing u neeed for it go 2 dal and do the dance for the achive then go back to the vendor u bought it from and you will be able to sell the items u bought, and u will get all your brewfest tokens back so u then can go on and do the brew of the month achive

No, any level characters can do it, your fall damage removes a % of your health not a fixed amount.
