As soon as the Muslim will recognize all of creation as Allah's own, we will have peace among us. If we would not cut off a Muslim, would not another man also be deservant of such reverence as a child of God? Wouldn't it be the Muslim's inherent job to know that person and all persons as belonging to Allah? Would not even the land be deservant of such treatment? We must all work together bring this to power among governments! This work itself must be harmonious, according to Allah's way! ;)
