  • Bela was great as Karloff's sidekick in this one.

  • Man that's a hell of a good camera!

  • i saw this movie tonight. frances is so dreamy, i love her voice. and bela looks so respectable, his caracter was my favourite, whose not?

  • I saw this movie a couple of weeks ago on TCM. It still is a classic!!! I loved those movies...they don'tmake them like this anymore.

  • Your video clip is great and I've rated it as awesome. I've done another clip on some old cigarette cards of 1930's movie stars: Frances Drake, Fay Wray from King Kong, Joan Crawford, Gary Cooper, Joan Crawford, Bing Crosby, Kay Francis and many more.

  • its funny how u call her fay wray from king kong. Shes actually most famous for Mystery of the Wax Museum (which was in colour)

  • I dunno about that. I imagine most people remember Fay Wray from Kong. If you mention Mystery of the Wax Museum, they'd think you were talking about the Vincent Price version. (Tho Lionel Atwill was much creepier.)

But Invisible Ray is one of my favorites. I love the shots inside Karloff's lab. Very atmospheric and groovy. And at the time, the Andromeda "nebula" had only recently been determined to be another galaxy, so it was really cutting edge!

  • I suppose.
