  • Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Hmmm I think I'll try some hummus with my watermelon sometime.

Your son is adorable and you're both beautiful!!

  • im pretty sure it was a joke.

  • I was going to subscribe, but the racist diet thing threw me. wow.

  • You do know fish isnt Vegan?

  • Hmmm I need to update this since going raw.

  • I still trying to understand why no soy?

  • I am eatin no sugar....I was on You Tube looking for encouragement and found you.

    THANKS!

I am very overweight and started the no sugar idea for 7 weeks and lost 27 pounds....just not eating sugar, sooo, one knows what my problem was hugh?

    THANKS SO MUCH!

  • I love hummus and am constantly making it. My 11-year old son loves it with (baked) whole wheat pita triangles (w/rosemary and parmesan). I have been into the coconut oil after watching Sean (Shaun?)'s vid on coconut oil. It's all purpose, etc. Your son is SO lucky he's got a mom looking out for his health!!!

  • Your very real and your homework is solid. Thank you for taking 3 takes to make this video. Good work from you and your son

  • food dude is now underground wellness =o) smart video! i used to juice a lot too but sean suggests to be careful because it is still a concentration of sugar -hahaha racism diet thats funny raw honey i hope peace im out!

  • I'm vegetarian and I'm always looking for healthy stuff. You should try stevia instead of sugar, it's pretty good. I love Indian food since a lot of it caters to the vegg diet. Thanks for sharing

  • I have also changed my eating habits over a month ago and am pretty much doing what your doing. I stopped eating meat, but still have milk and eggs. I was very surprised also that my basic stores all around me have vegeterian food.

I am not a big fan of tofu, never really made it myself, but can you please tell me why it and soy is bad? I think I heard along time ago that it can cause cancer or something, but I could be worng.

  • Woohoo!

    We're racist too!

No bleached white foods for these guys. [=

    Enjoyed the video.

  • Good Video..I think I will learn how to make Hummus. I really enjoyed your video. If anyone have a Hummus recipes email me (my youtube email) Take Care.

  • I lost 30 LBS by switching to diet beverage, cutting out BS, eatng lean meats, and getting off the arse and excercising. It has stayed off for yrs now.

  • go a step futher and get off soda completely,it is hard but i did it, diet is bad in many ways as well, just drink natural juice and water

  • I have a vita mix it's better than a juicer

you eat every part of the vegetable! I am going to try the spinich apple and carrots that sounds really good. I evan eat veggie soup in my vita mix in minutes. I know I probably sound like a commercial but I use it every single day 3 to 4 times fo meals It's awesome! Happy and healthy eating!

    Cris

  • That sounds so much better. I dont like that the juicer takes so much out as waste. I keep saying I am going to make muffins or something from the remnants of the carrot and apple mix. I am going to look for a vitamix...thanks

  • i LOVE dr.mercola!! i've been subscribed to his web site for over a year now. i don't agree with EVERYTHING he says - but he is very informative and shares so much fantastic information.

great job with the healthy eating lifestyle - and also for the tip to drink rice milk - i've never tried that.

    peace,

    dave

ps - your son is so ADORABLE!!

  • Your diet sounds very healthy to me. You eat plenty of alkalizing foods. I agree with your preference of quinoa over brown rice, it's an alkaline grain and complete protein. Also, cooking and eating extra virgin-unrefined-organic coconut oil is a great addition to the diet. Anywho- it's just refreshing to hear someone who is keeping themself informed. You've done your research and it shows. BTW - sit still kid! :)

  • Love this! Thank you for sharing! Love ~Jenn
