There are so many marvellous concert pianists around. I wish they would make the recording quality better. It really doesn't do justice to their playing when they spend 20 years to get to that level, and the recording is 2nd rate. I would appreciate that for the new prodigies coming up also. They should be remembered for the process to get to concert pianist level. I enjoy all of them, even though I have my favorites. The skill level is profound to even be able to play this well.

spectacular technique-absolutely spectacular technique! in fact, i would put this performance up with Argerich.

And yes, that includes my claim that this piece does NOT sound like a dancing cowboy.

that's so funny. i played this song multiple times for various festivals, and when i first started, i TOTALLY cramped during the last page or so with the octave chords. hey, but when you're in show biz, grin and bear it! :D
