@Malfunction0982 i have license plate on mine. and did you ever hear of a vespa or moped. its considered a moped. and i couldnt give you facts online. its merly hear say... call your local town hall. and they will tell you that mopeds and scooters are in fact legal. but they can be illegal too. you have to follow laws and regulations on mopeds. needs a light brake light turning lights horn. and it has to go a certain speed. after that you need a license plate

no "fuel efficiency" is a misnomer the auto manufacturers aren't improving the fuel effciency they're simply restricting power output to use less fuel.  thing is even "fuel efficient" cars still have an efficiency of about 20% (20% of energy released is actually turned into mechanical energy the rest is light and heat. automotive enthusiasts such as myself would love real fuel efficiency as it would mean less pitting while racing and more time to enjoy your car, but for now see you at the pumps!
