Yes Roland these are tough. I really felt it in my triceps. Normally I do 10 per day not 30! As far as shoulder flexibility that can be totally reversed with daily stretching. I'll be posting some shoulder stretches soon. But also the sticking points in Down Dog are often shoulders, pelvis or hamstrings, usually it's hamstrings that holds people back in down dog. I've not tried those kind of pushups before. They look kind of tough? I bet your arms ached afterwards! I'm not a yoga student but I do work out 4 times a week and I like to try out different exercises. My first problem though will be getting my shoulders flexible enough to do downward dog! Thanks for posting some great (and challenging) video clips.
