The gimmick was kind of like D'Lo's gimmick from 1998... every week (or every Euro Title match, not sure), he would represent (and be billed from) a different country in Europe (I remember him doing Italy and Greece)... Of course, since it was Al Snow, WWE pulled the "crazy" card and made his representations kind of mocking and very over-the-top, and he would also often represent fictional areas (like Transylvania) or areas that aren't in Europe (like Hong Kong).
