You can totally see the billiard ball being guided to the side of his mouth. Plus it looks like he's missing his back teeth which would leave a lot of extra room in there.

He's hiding the stuff in his mouth. If you look at 1:12 you can see a bit of the shiny balloon in his lower right jaw. Then is you listen, his voice changes a bit as he shift's the baloon the left side of mouth, and if you look at the left cheek at 1:43 when he put's his head down you can see the small bump where the balloon is and watch it dissapear as it pop's. He's hiding the stuff in his mouth. Still realy awsome though.
