for ppl who need help just create a folder called iphoneringtone and sync the ringtones in there it should work it worked for me im out....
p.s thks alot... video helped me out

Awesome video man. But you dont need to do all the extra work.
Once you created the new 30 second file, drag to desktop, change to m4r, delete from itunes, then add it to ringtones. Bam!
