  • i know how to get into download mode ( JIG, or Vol- and PLug in the USB), but how do we gety into CWM Recovery mode, from a Powered off State??? Can you reveal us that little trick?

  • i updated my i777 to 2.3.6, can i still us your Zedomax .tar to root my

  • Will this root work with GSII i777 Android version 2.3.6? I'm also completely stock.

  • i dont see the fuckin yellow bar when i plug in my phone yo

  • Just an FYI, the link in the description links to the Mac and Linux version. If you need this for Windows, change the last part of the URL to GalaxyS2ATTRootZedomax.zip instead.

That download also comes with Odin 1.85, which works perfectly fine so don't bother downloading Odin separately.

  • I bought your jig for my Captivate (it worked fine on it), but it won't work on my new SGS II. What's the story?

  • can anyone tell me if this process works the same way for the galaxy s 2 t mobile version. It looks exactly the same as the at&t version but idk.

  • Where is the sky rocket love Typically ice cream sandwich on it I rooted my captivate but I can't seem to get my skyrocket rooted Please any help you can offer me would be great

  • Would it work for Samsung galaxy s2 Skyrocket ?

  • Will I lose all my data and applications by doing this?

  • @bhatbhai No, you will not.

  • @bhatbhai If you you choose to wipe the data/factory reset yes you will loose it all.

  • Remember to always click "re-partition" otherwise it could brick your phone.

  • @Directx45000 no need to since you have not flashed a new rom.

  • After the phone is rooted, does the USB Debugging un-check itself? Or do you have to go back there and un-check it? Or do you have to keep USB Debugging turned on as long as the phone is rooted?

  • @zoics1 Debugging doesn't automatically un-check itself. Just leave debugging mode on, you will have more control over your phone, when connected to PC.

  • @juliobahar Awesome! Thanks so much for the reply.

  • @zoics1 no and it hurts nothing at all to leave it checked.

  • @photosbyjd2 Cool! I appreciate the reply. Thanks!

  • 2 ppl bricked their phone.

  • @zoics1 Good thing for 2 people we un-brick phones... ;)

  • Thanks guys!

  • Heck yeah no ugly triangle thanks to the jig!

  • Will this method still work if I'm on version 2.3.6?

  • Thanks for the video..and i already bought the jig from you and used it to remove the awful yellow triangle :-)

  • @lazydudeguy @nsaenz805, the "yellow triangle" has nothing to do with the jig, It pops up when you use an insecure kernel.

  • @juliobahar i know the yellow triangle come from an insecure kernel..but im saying the jig is the easiest way to removed it..because it reset the Samsung binary counter :-)

  • @MrAiasn thanks for the info I didn't know about the binary counter, until I watched this video and read your comment
