Hello there, has any individual here used Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my acquaintances lost great deal of bodyweight using Gallactico 324 Diet, however wanted a consumer review before opting for that.
I am addicted to cookies and pudding....I have done well with eating better but I have been slipping lately but I havent gained weight, just havent lost so I am happy about that! Today I will keep going the right way. Thanks!

dont shy away from complex carbs they will give u the energy u need if you eat raw and lift weights
dwelling on slip ups can cause so much damage u definitely are right bout that i felt that. i jus subscribed recently n definitely dnot regret that¨!:-) raw food is great,i incorporate it a lot into my eating habits as well tho im not a raw foodist. Much luv n energy ,kat
This is good stuff. I have lost 42 pounds in 4 months. For the last 2 weeks i haven't lost but haven't gained because i just started dating again. This month my goal is to reach 50 pounds lost. keep up the good video's I started at 275lbs now i am at 243lbs. My goal weight is 180 almost like yours
@ziller1975 thanks for commenting, i made my goal 182 just so i can say 100lbs if i still need to lose weight after that i will bei just think that is a magical number.
You are totally an inspiration. Thanks for meeting me in Seattle, and doing what you do, I really appreciate it. For me, I'm addicted to noodles. Mac N Cheese, Spaghetti, Yakisoba, whatever. I'm trying to get to more whole grains when I do choose pasta and eat more meat (who says they need to eat more meat?) and veggies. I have failed and started again a few times this year, so I try to learn something from it every time. Keep on keeping on, Chris!

@crazymoeus Ya i know about 80/10/10 thats pretty much what i was doing up to my vacation. Right now im just trying to develop something that works for me the best, which is definitely a mostly raw diet but not as much fruit as they would suggest.

loving the before and after pics!! dude I went through never failing and then after I hit my goal weight.. Boom I was big again! I'm always up and down man, but now I know it's ok to fail once in awhile because I can't live my whole life with out eating something unhealthy... My journey is a little slower starting off this time around, but I'm hoping it is going to last! I have been told that I should be a motivational speaker before too.. I think we have alot in common! I need to get Halo Reach
Lot of good advice Chris. The part about learning how to accept binging as part of the dieting process rings especially true for me. Once in a while is okay, as long as I don't let myself fall back to my old ways. Also I loved the ADD moth moment at the end. So focused for 10 minutes... and then OMG moth! Great stuff. XD
Thanks for doing another vlog. And I totally agree with the recovery from gaining weight. I remember that I would often try not to eat unhealthy and then sometimes I would fall through and eventually eat ice cream or a snack. Then I said, well it can't hurt to eat more and I would continue to eat worse and I would quit exercising on top of that. I let one small mistake lead to multiple mistakes which lead to my excessive weight gain last year. One mistake does not need to dictate my life.
Great Video. Dude, you can poop two pounds. I'm addicted to chips, fries, and rice. Maybe the salads are helping you get the Mickie D's out of your system. I often have salad for breakfast. Keep moving forward.
@eatingvegan1234 you can probably excrete more than 2lbs depending on how much you ate, but i think a lot of it is water retention thats why I don't necessarily count the gain over the week and still understand my victory is what it is and of course i will keep charging forward.

@vipor29 ya man i agree take out and fast food are killer and they taste so good but are usually never healthy. Obviously restuarants have to sacrifice flavor over preparation and most chefs are never taught health food of any sort other than salads.
